Karneka fitness was established on 26th February 2018 in Erode District by Latha Suresh who is MBA graduate and holds a master degree in Aerobic and dance Fitness.She is also a sports Nutritionist.She has trained more than 4000 students all over the TamilNadu.

Karneka fitness is the one of most trustable fitness that includes dance fitness , Les Mills , Body Pump , Body Combat, Power step Aerobics,HIIT cardioPilates and yoga training under One roof .

Try to spend at least 1/2 HR -1hr time to visit this fitness center which is run by an experienced trainer,and make use of it.

I train here about 4-5 times a week and find the consistent positive trainer, awesome music and participants who take class create a perfect workout environment. I love the quality trainers are there to personally get to know you and push you in the right way. It’s a hard workout with happy people! And I had seen a good results.
